I find that many inspirational stories start with humble beginnings, and Tony Lam tells his own story from being an immigrant to opening up franchises of 5 locations of wing stops, a seafood boil restaurant, a poke shop, and a cold brew company. He explains what he’s been doing to pivot his business, especially during Covid-19. He also discusses his idea of balance and what tools he uses to maintain time management and as well as with his family, which is something every entrepreneur deals with.
