Katie Zhao is the author of The Dragon Warrior, a debut novel inspired by Chinese Mythology. At a young age, Katie knew she wanted to become a writer but the idea was dismissed by her parents saying that there’s no money in the career path she wanted to take. Fast forward, Katie works for one of the Big Four accounting firms but she didn’t feel any contentment in her job. “Your heart’s gonna want what it wants” and truest to this, she chose the person whom she wants to be, an author.
